Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
• You provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Hygiene or personal care products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
